Pinnacles National Park
Introduction
On September 27th, 2025, I visited Pinnacles National Park and hiked the unmaintained Southern Wildness Trail. The Southern Wildness Trail is a boring trail and I encountered very few wildlife species, such as Acorn Woodpeckers and Fox Sparrows. However, I was able to find and photograph many much more beautiful wildlife species before I entered Southern Wildness Trail in the early morning, including California Quails, Northern Flickers, California Scrub-Jays, Cooper’s Hawks, and Mule Deers.
