Ulistac Natural Area

Introduction

On November 22nd, 2025, I visited Ulistac Natural Area located at Santa Clara, California, for a hike and nature photography. The weather was sunny and pleasant, making it a great day for outdoor activities. Ulistac Natural Area is a small nature preserve that features native plants and wildlife, providing an excellent opportunity for photography enthusiasts to capture the beauty of nature. I encountered a variety of wildlife during my visit, including Anna’s Hummingbird, Red-Tailed Hawk, Sooty Fox Sparrow, Black Phoebe, American Robin, Black-Tailed Jackrabbit, California Scrub-Jay, Golden-Crowned Sparrow, Cedar Waxwing, Olive Sparrow, California Towhee, and more.
